Attorney Serdar Opak graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006, completed his legal internship in 2007 and obtained his bar licence in 2008. He furthered his professional development at an international level, receiving English legal language training in the United Kingdom in 2009 and strengthening his capacity to conduct legal work and communication in a foreign language. Throughout his career, focusing particularly on corporate advisory and litigation, he provides domestic and international clients with comprehensive advisory and representation services across various areas of law. He has experience in a broad field of practice, ranging from the day-to-day legal needs of corporate companies to the resolution of commercial disputes, from debt-collection processes to employment-law conflicts and the management of real estate-related legal matters. He handles his clients' legal processes, primarily in commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, employment law and real estate law, with a strategic, solution-oriented and results-driven approach. Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, Attorney Serdar Opak has a good command of English.

He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2016. His practice areas include Information Technology Law, Information Security Law and E-Commerce Law. He holds a Data Protection Officer certificate. For ten years he has provided consultancy, auditing and training in the fields of Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and the GDPR, and has carried out compliance projects and audits at more than one hundred companies.

A graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2021, Attorney Melisa Dilan Yetgin completed her legal internship in 2023. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her master's degree in 2025 within Istanbul University's E-MBA Programme, carrying out a project entitled "Financial Due Diligence and Reporting in Company Merger and Acquisition Processes". Specialising in corporate advisory and litigation, she practises in many areas of private law, particularly obligations law, commercial law, family law and tenancy law. She has an advanced command of English.

She graduated from Sakarya University Faculty of Law in 2020 and completed her legal internship in 2021. In 2024 she successfully completed Istanbul Medeniyet University's thesis-based master's programme in private law, presenting a thesis titled "The Non-Competition Obligation in Turkish Employment Law". In the same year she was admitted to Istanbul Medeniyet University's doctoral programme in private law and continues her doctoral studies and academic work. She has authored articles and contributed to book projects in the field of employment law. She practises law in various areas of private law, primarily employment law. She has a good command of academic English.

Attorney Alperen Körlü graduated from KTO Karatay University. Following his graduation he began the Private Law master's programme at Marmara University. His master's studies on the Shareholders' Agreement in Joint-Stock Companies are ongoing. Attorney Alperen Körlü advises our clients primarily on merger and acquisition transactions. He is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and has a good command of English.

He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2022. His studies in Civil Engineering at Istanbul Medeniyet University are ongoing. He has concentrated his academic and professional work mainly in the field of private law, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Condominium (Kat Mülkiyeti) Law.

Attorney Yağız Büyükçolpan graduated with high honours from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and continues his academic work in the master's programme in private law at Istanbul University's Institute of Social Sciences. Throughout his career he has worked at respected law firms in Turkey, providing domestic and international clients with a wide range of legal services. In this context, he has responded to the legal needs of clients of differing profiles, from corporate companies to individual clients and from international funds to real estate developers. Attorney Yağız Büyükçolpan has adopted dispute resolution and corporate advisory as the focus of his professional practice. He is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and has an advanced command of English.

He graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2024 and completed his legal internship in 2025. While he works mainly in the areas of commercial law, employment law and arbitration, he also practises law in various areas of private law. He provides his clients with effective and solution-oriented legal advice on the resolution of commercial disputes, the drafting and review of contracts, and employment-law disputes. He has a good command of academic English.

Trainee Attorney Ayşe Ağrıdağ graduated with honours from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2025. Throughout her education she contributed to her academic and professional development by participating in various certificate programmes and professional training. She began her legal internship at OPAK Law Firm and continues it there. She has a good command of English.

A graduate of Marmara University Department of Business Administration, Songül Opak serves as a court-appointed expert in addition to her concordat commissioner practice. She provides consultancy on financial matters as a certified public accountant.
